Websites with a payment plan
Yes, a website can be paid for in instalments. At Web Digital the price of the project is split into up to 12 equal monthly payments, with no deposit and nothing added to the price in the offer. No credit card, no leasing, no bank involved: the plan is written into the contract, directly with the agency.
In numbers: a brochure site starts at €750, which is €62.50 a month for a year. An online shop starts at €1,500, which is €125 a month. Work begins when the contract is signed, not when the last instalment lands — the site is live in a matter of weeks, not a year.
How it works, briefly
We agree what the site has to do, you get an offer with a firm price, and that price is divided into equal monthly payments. The total stays exactly what the offer said: spreading it adds no interest, no commission and no administration fee.
- Up to 12 equal monthly instalments, set out in the contract.
- No deposit. The first instalment is the first payment, not an entry fee.
- Nothing added. €750 over 12 instalments is still €750.
- No bank and no credit card. The plan is between you and Web Digital.
- Work starts at signature, not at the final instalment.
Instalments or subscription: not the same thing
Search for a "website on a subscription" or a "pay monthly website" and you will find three different models sold under the same words, and the difference between them matters more than the monthly figure.
On a subscription you pay every month for the use of the site. Stop paying and the site stops — you never bought anything, you rented it. On leasing you repay a finance agreement, with interest, to a company that did not build your site. On a payment plan you pay a price, in parts, and at the end you owe nothing.
We work in instalments. The site is built once, you pay for it over twelve months, and ownership passes to you after the final instalment. We write that here because it is written in the contract, and because it is the first question a careful buyer asks.
What it costs per month
The starting prices are the ones published on the service pages. The instalment is that price divided by twelve, with nothing added.
| Type of project | Starting price | Monthly, over 12 instalments |
|---|---|---|
| Brochure site | from €750 | from €62.50 |
| Online shop | from €1,500 | from €125 |
| Bespoke web platform or application | agreed at the brief | the offer divided by twelve |
The final price depends on complexity. The offer follows the brief and then stays firm — the instalment is worked out from it, not the other way round.
What the instalment covers, and what it does not
The instalment covers building the site: strategy and structure, design, development, integrations, technical optimisation, launch and training. Work that has a beginning and an end.
Hosting and maintenance are not in the instalment, because they do not end: they run month after month for as long as the site is online. They can be added to the same contract on request — maintenance starts at €60 a month. We would rather write that down than hide it inside an instalment that "includes everything" and invoice it separately from month thirteen.
How long the site takes
The instalments run for twelve months, but the site is live long before that. The timings are the same as on full payment.
- Simple brochure site
- 2 – 3 weeks
- Extended brochure site
- 4 – 7 weeks
- Online shop
- 6 – 12 weeks
- Large catalogue or a migration
- 8 – 12 weeks
- Bespoke project
- agreed at the brief
How the work runs
Paying in instalments changes nothing about how we work. The same five steps as on any project, the same deliverables, the same timings.
Brief and goals
We understand the business, the audience and what the site has to do. The offer comes out of this, and the instalment out of the offer.
Structure and content
We settle what information goes where, before design. This is where half of the later rework is avoided.
Design
Layouts for the key pages, on your visual identity. You approve them before a line of code is written.
Development and testing
Implementation, integrations and checks before it goes live: does it work, how fast is it, how does it read on a phone.
Launch and training
We put the site live and show you how to run it. From there the work can carry on as maintenance, if you want it.
What we build on
The platform follows what the site has to do, not what is cheapest to deliver. We explain the choice at the brief, before the offer, so you know what you are paying for.
- WordPress — for brochure sites you want to run yourself.
- WooCommerce — for shops with a mid-sized catalogue, local payments and courier integrations.
- Headless — when speed and scale matter: the interface kept separate from the content system.
- Custom — web platforms and applications built from scratch, with integrations of their own.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a brochure website cost?
At Web Digital a brochure site starts at €750, depending on the number of pages, the functionality and how much of the content has to be built from scratch. On a payment plan that is from €62.50 a month for a year. You get the exact price after the brief, in a firm offer.
Does paying in instalments cost more than paying in full?
No. Spreading the payment adds no interest, no commission and no administration fee. A €750 project costs €750 whether you pay it in one go or in twelve parts.
How much does an online shop cost?
An online shop starts at €1,500 and goes up with the size of the catalogue, the payment and courier integrations and the systems you already run. On a payment plan, from €125 a month. A complex shop can go well past the starting figure — we settle that at the brief, not on the phone.
Which projects can be paid in instalments at Web Digital?
Brochure sites, online shops, and bespoke web platforms or applications. The recurring services — SEO, digital marketing, AI automation, maintenance — are not spread, because they are already monthly plans.
Is there a deposit at the start?
No. The first instalment is the first payment. There is no deposit, no opening fee and no security sum.
What is the smallest monthly instalment I should expect?
From €62.50 a month, which is the starting price of a brochure site divided by twelve instalments. We do not build sites below that, because we could not deliver something worth maintaining.
What platforms are the sites and shops built on?
WordPress for brochure sites you run yourself, WooCommerce for shops with a mid-sized catalogue, headless architectures when speed and scale matter, and bespoke development for platforms with integrations of their own. We pick the platform at the brief and explain why, before the offer.
How does the work run?
In five steps: brief and goals, structure and content, design, development and testing, launch and training. Paying in instalments changes nothing in the process — the same deliverables and the same timings as on full payment.
How long until the site is delivered?
A simple brochure site in 2 – 3 weeks. An extended one in 4 – 7 weeks. An online shop in 6 – 12 weeks, and one with a large catalogue or a migration from another platform in 8 – 12 weeks. The site is live long before the instalments end.
Are hosting and monthly maintenance included in the instalments?
No. The instalment covers building the site. Hosting and maintenance are recurring services and can be added on request, in the same contract; maintenance starts at €60 a month. We keep them separate so you can see what you are paying for, including in month thirteen.
Who owns the site while the instalments run?
Ownership passes to you after the final instalment. Until then the site is live and you use it normally, and the terms are written into the contract rather than left to an understanding.
Can I work with Web Digital from outside Romania?
Yes. Web Digital is a web development agency based in Bucharest, with a second office in Brussels, and we work with clients across Romania and the EU. The brief, the approvals and the training can all be done online.
In short
A payment plan exists so that you do not postpone the site until the whole sum is in the account. The price stays the same, it is split into up to twelve equal monthly instalments, we ask for no deposit and no bank comes between us. The site gets built straight away, and ownership passes to you after the final instalment.
If you want an exact instalment rather than an indicative one, tell us what the site has to do. You get a firm offer, and the instalment is that offer divided by twelve.
