An application that produces the paperwork for a work permit, in a few steps.
The challenge
A work permit takes a lot of documents, and one mistake sends the whole file back. Done by hand they take hours and leave room for error.
The solution
We built an application that takes the user through a few steps and produces the completed documents at the end. Each step asks only for what is needed at that point, and the checks catch mistakes before anything is generated.
The result
A file that used to take hours is now prepared in a few steps, with the same details entered once. The forms can be updated when the requirements change.
