The challenge
International recruitment means two audiences on one site: candidates who want to apply quickly, and employers who want to know who they are dealing with. A cumbersome form loses the candidate before you have met them.
The solution
We built a platform with a separate route for each audience, with application forms that are short and clear and made for the phone — which is where most applications come from. The company presentation sits alongside, for the employers weighing things up.
The result
Applications arrive in a single stream that is easy to follow. The site can take new positions and new markets without changing shape.
