The challenge
A loan simulator is a form few people finish. There are a lot of numbers, the questions feel technical, and people give up halfway.
The solution
We turned the simulation into a conversation: an AI-assisted avatar asks the questions one at a time, in ordinary language, and explains what each one means. The result comes at the end, with the next steps made clear.
The result
The simulation reads as a conversation rather than a form. Anyone who gets to the end already knows what happens next, and the questions can be adjusted without rebuilding the flow.
