Adrian Blaj Event photographer and videographer
A portfolio for a professional photographer, with optimised galleries.

The challenge
The client had a single-page brochure site that had become a barrier to growth. There was traffic, but the site was technically limited: it did not allow dedicated pages per service, could not be optimised for specific keywords, and was impossible to scale. Visitors could not find the detail they needed, and the conversion rate on quote requests was under 1%, because the site offered neither a clear route to contact nor a structure that inspired confidence.
The solution
We turned the site from a single page into a multi-page platform on a modern, scalable architecture.
Multi-page architecture: we created a dedicated page for each service, allowing precise SEO indexing for every relevant keyword.
Mobile-first design: we rethought the interface to be fully responsive, for navigation that holds up on any device.
Conversion rate optimisation: we implemented well-placed contact forms and visible calls to action, guiding the visitor towards a quote request.
Technical SEO: we created a URL and metadata structure that let the site appear in Google results for searches specific to their niche.”
The result
The new structure transformed how clients are acquired, turning the site from a business card into an active tool for generating leads
Conversion rate: rose from under 1% to 3.5%, thanks to dedicated pages that answer exactly what users are asking.
Visibility: organic traffic grew by 200% in the first 6 months, thanks to the new SEO structure that lets each service be indexed in its own right.
Scalability: the client can now add new pages, new services or case studies without being held back by the technical structure of the site.
Authority: the site now looks like a professional platform, which raised clients’ confidence in the services offered.”
Modern, responsive design
WordPress CMS (custom development): we built a bespoke WordPress platform that lets the photographer manage his portfolio and albums easily, while keeping the design clean and professional.
Dark and light mode: we integrated a switch that lets visitors choose how they view the work, bringing out the contrast and the detail in the photographs.
Responsive, high-resolution gallery: we implemented a gallery built for high-resolution screens that adapts to any device, loading quickly without compromising the artistic quality of the images.
Performance optimisation: we applied advanced media optimisation — essential on a photography site — for a fast load time whatever the file sizes.
Online booking: we developed a dedicated booking feature, letting clients check availability and reserve a shoot directly from the site, which simplifies managing the diary.
Secure album download portal: we created a private, secure area where clients can view and download their finished albums, for an experience after the event that is professional and memorable.
SEO strategy and Google Ads: we laid the SEO foundation to attract organic traffic from specific searches (“event photographer”, “professional photo shoots”) and set up Google Ads campaigns to maximise visibility during peak season.
Managed hosting and maintenance: we provide hosting tuned for large media files and proactive maintenance, so the portfolio stays online, secure and up to date.
